Kitchen

We mention the Kitchen facility separate because you should be aware that this facility can only function properly at temperatures between 10 0C and 25 0C. When you choose ‘cold housing’ for the calves you still need to provide a warm kitchen facility.

The kitchen should provide facilities to:

• prepare milk from both cow’s milk and milk powder,
• store milk and/or milk powder,
• clean and store milk buckets, milk taxi.

We can consult you on what would be the most economical solution for your situation and provide you with the management protocols that will make the kitchen facility a successful integrated part of your dairy farm.

If you are interested to find out more on this subject, don’t hesitate to contact us or leave your contact details and we will contact you.
